Getting paid shouldn’t
be this hard.

Creators are running real businesses but still chasing payments in spreadsheets, sliding into DMs, and hoping brands remember to pay.

You hate chasing brands

Following up on payments feels awkward. You'd rather be creating — but that $500 isn't going to collect itself.

Your tracking is a mess

Between DMs, spreadsheets, and email chains, you have no single view of who owes what and when it's due.

Payment requests that look improvised

A PayPal request doesn't cut it at this level. Brands expect a real invoice with your business details, payment instructions, and a due date — and you deserve to look the part.

Built for the business behind the brand.

Tabuki tracks every brand deal and follows up on every unpaid one — politely and persistently — until the money lands.

What Tabuki does

Everything between
deal done and paid.

One source of truth

Every collab, invoice, due date, and reminder in one dashboard. Know what's owed, what's overdue, and what's about to be chased — in one glance instead of three apps.

Automatic follow-ups

Five escalating reminders, firm without being rude, sent on a schedule you never think about. You stay in control — preview every email before it sends, and toggle reminders on or off for any collab.

Live status + full email log

Draft, sent, overdue, paid — every invoice has a live status, plus a full history of every reminder that went to every brand. No more guessing.

Instant invoices

A polished, professional invoice in under 60 seconds. Your branding, your payment info, sent directly to the brand's inbox.

Your name, your inbox

Every email goes out under your name with your payment instructions. Brand replies land in your inbox, not a support queue. To the brand, you're simply the most organized creator they work with.

How it works

Set it once.
Tabuki follows through.

Tabuki handles the payment side of every brand deal — tracking, invoicing, and following up — so you can stay in the work that actually matters.

1
Create your collab
Log the brand deal — name, amount, due date — and flip auto-reminders on. Takes 30 seconds.
2
Invoice if you want to
One click sends a polished invoice with your payment instructions attached. Optional — the follow-ups run either way.
3
Tabuki follows up automatically
Reminders send under your name until the brand pays. When the money lands, mark it paid — every reminder stops instantly.

The reality for creators

The money is earned.
Getting paid isn’t.

Creators are running real businesses, but the path from deal done to money received is still spreadsheets, inboxes, and manual follow-ups.

87%
of creators have faced payment issues
Nearly 9 in 10 creators report being paid late, paid the wrong amount, or not paid at all for brand work.
30–90days
standard payment terms
Net-30 to net-90 is the industry norm — and that clock only starts after the work is delivered, before any delays.
40%
call chasing payments a top challenge
Four in ten creators name chasing down delayed or missing payments among the biggest challenges of the job.

FAQ

Common questions,
straight answers.

Who is Tabuki for?
+

Tabuki is built for talent managers and small creator agencies managing five to twenty creators who are tired of tracking payments and deal details across spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory. Tabuki brings it all into one place so you can see what's outstanding, what's overdue, and what's been collected across every creator you manage.

Send invoices, automate payment follow-ups under each creator's name, and get a weekly rundown of who's owed what and what's overdue. You stay in control without spending your time chasing every payment yourself.

Independent creators use Tabuki as well. Track brand deals, send invoices, and let Tabuki handle the follow-up so getting paid doesn't become another job.

Know what you're owed. Know what's late. Get it collected.

Will brands know the emails are automated?
+

They'll see you use a tool, the same way they'd see Calendly on a booking link or DocuSign on a contract. What matters is what the email feels like: it sends under your name, in a professional tone you can preview word for word, with your payment details, and when the brand hits reply it lands in your real inbox and you answer personally. Nothing about it feels automated, because the only automated part is that it never forgets to send. From the brand's side, you're not a bot. You're the most organized creator they work with.

How do auto-reminders work?
+

Flip reminders on for any collab and Tabuki watches its due date. You get two friendly heads-ups before it's ever late (five days out and on the due date), then firmer follow-ups at 3, 7, and 14 days overdue. Firm without ever burning the relationship. Every email is previewable before it sends, and you can toggle pre-due and overdue reminders independently, per collab, anytime.

What if the brand already paid?
+

Mark the collab paid and every reminder stops instantly. Nothing else sends. And if a payment lands before you've marked it, every reminder ends with "Already paid? Just reply and let me know," so the brand replies straight to your inbox, you mark it paid, done.

Do brands need to sign up for Tabuki?
+

No. Brands receive a professional invoice email with your payment instructions built in. They don't need an account, ever. Only you need Tabuki.

How do I get set up?
+

Add your creators, then add each collab with the brand, amount, and payment due date. From there, Tabuki keeps track of what's owed and handles the follow-up.

Need a hand getting started? Personal onboarding is available for early Manager accounts, and I'll help you get your roster and first collabs set up.

Do I still need QuickBooks?
+

Yes, if you use it for bookkeeping or taxes. Tabuki isn't accounting software.

Tabuki handles the payment workflow: send invoices, track what's outstanding and overdue, and automatically follow up with brands until you get paid.

I manage multiple creators. How does this work for me?
+

The Manager plan gives you everything in Creator Pro plus payment tracking across your roster: see outstanding, overdue, and collected by creator, with automated follow-up running under each creator's name. Every Monday you get an email breaking down who's owed what and what's gone overdue, creator by creator, so Tabuki stays useful whether or not you log in. Manager is $49/month and includes 10 creator seats; additional creators are $8/month each. Every early manager gets onboarding help directly from the founder.

Is my data secure?
+

Your roster, collabs, and invoices are private to your account and aren't visible to other Tabuki users.

Tabuki doesn't hold your money. It stores the information you add to manage your deals and payments.

Does Tabuki take a percentage of my payments?
+

Never. Tabuki charges a flat monthly fee and never touches the money. Brands pay you directly through the payment details you set: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, a Stripe link, anything. Everything you earn is 100% yours.

Can I cancel anytime?
+

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in a few clicks and you won't be charged again.

Ready?

Spend less time chasing.
Get more of what you’re owed.

Keep every collab, payment, and follow-up in one place. Tabuki keeps track of what’s due and follows up when it’s not paid.
